We use International/Reputed Carry & Forwarding Agents to ensure that your product is delivered in the best of Shape.
How long until my order ships?
We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will dispatch it within 5-20 working days depending on the product. All customized/embroidered garments are usually made as per your size and specifications. Hence, your order takes time to be delivered to the shipping address. However, in certain cases, we are able to deliver within 7 days working days. Please email us at contact@bonsoir.co.in to see if an early delivery is possible.
Note:- Return is not available for International Orders
We use reputed courier companies to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.
Shipping is free on all orders
Yes & if you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship)
After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.
